1/17/19: Got up around 8 AM and decided to tackle basement again. Filled up paper/recycle bin and then some. Got the crawl space pretty clean. Worked 5 hours using about 1000 Kcal.

1/10/23: Woke 9AM, made beds. Fitful sleep. Did moderate stretching Plus and moderate calisthenics PLUS. 1:22 using about 650 Kcal and weight is 181.
