1/12/19: Got up 8AM.  Decided to read a bit then went to appt. at a different fitness club.  100/month.  Swam and did water walking and aerobics. 100 lengths in 50:20, 1.5 miles+ then 63 "short" laps forward and backwards walking.  then some water aerobics. Total Kcal 800 wt. 190
