11/28/23: Woke around 2 severe coughing, went to other bedroom. Took cough syrup and finally slept till 8AM. Made beds in middle bedroom. Decided to go to gym to swim, Did 72 lengths + 2 warm down laps, 1 mile, in 38:40 using about 400 Kcal.
11/27/23: Woke 8:10, made beds. Did moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, 1:14, using about 800 Kcal, wt. 186. Tree/landscape guy shows up 10:30, he cut down 5 trees, cleared all leaves, $2400 for trees, $220 for leaves. Paid in cash, later, went to bank $3000 cash, replace stash cash.
11/27/23: Got up 8AM, Stripped beds (including middle bedroom), washed and made beds. Did moderate to enhanced stretching and moderated to enhanced calisthenics, 800 Kcal, 1:20. Weight 186. Made an inquiry regrading cutting trees and moving leaves. $2620, cash. He was supposed to show up 9AM Monday. Did not show till 10:30
11/26/23: Woke 8AM, made beds, Took Son/grand daughter, wife to breakfast turning point. Did rowing when I got back, 40 minutes, 440 Kcal, weight, 188.
11/21/23: Last 4 days, very sick, 11/20/23 had chest x-ray, negative. Coughed a lot last night, got up 10 AM. No serious coughing until 6PM. Did moderate stretching and moderate calisthenics, 1:05 using about 500 Kcal, weight 187.
11/14/23: Woke 7AM, made beds. Did moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, 1:36 using about 800 Kcal. Later raked more leaves, 40 minutes, using about 500 Kcal. Weight 187.
11/13/23: Woke 7AM, did moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, 1:25, using 800 Kcal. Weight 188. Met with Lochhead to change Medicare insurance. Then did 30 min. of raking leaves, 3 trashcan full. About 100 Kcal.
11/12/23: Woke 7AM, did moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, 1:20 using about 800 Kcal, then drove to Hoboken did about 2 miles of walking, soccer with Aubrey, using about 200 Kcal. Weight 188.
11/11/23: Veterans day. Woke 7AM, stripped beds, washed sheets and towels, made beds, did moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, 1:23, using about 800 Kcal. Weight 189?
11/10/23: Woke 6AM, made beds. Did moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, 1:28 using about 800 Kcal. Did a blood pick-up at Our Lady of Lourdes Hosp. 2 boxes, about 120 lbs! moved with small travel cart from one end of the hospital to the other, whew. Went out for some errands, came back decided to try and get snowblower shed work in, got about 80% done, sides and back put together, laid 4'X8' plywood on top when it started to rain, used about 500 Kcal in 1.5 hrs. 11/5/23: Woke 6 AM made beds. Did moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, 1:18, using about 800 Kcal, weight 187. Then later, mowed lawn and concomitantly picked up leaves/leaf blown leaves, 48 minutes using about 500 Kcal.
11/4/23: Woke 6 AM, again at 9 AM. Did moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, 1:23, using about 800 Kcal, weight 187. Still slight cough
11/2/23 and 11/3/23: Got up 7AM. Tour Istanbul, some clouds, some rain some sun. Spice market, 2-3 miles, plus lots of walking in airport. Airport delay. 4-5 hour delay, lots of dragging luggage and personal carry-on, still coughing. 10-11 flight home. Got to house 5 AM. Slept terrible. Got up did 1:15 mod. str. mod. calis. 700 Kcal. 10/30/23: Got up early for walking tour of Athens/Acropolis, lots of steps, 400 Kcal, still coughing. Got back on ship and did water aerobics, 20 min. No wt.
10/29/23: Self tour, 3 miles, Mule Ride up the mountain, walked around/shopping. Santorini, Greece. Lots of climbing/steps, 400 Kcal, No weight. Still coughing.
10/24/23: Venice tour, cloudy/rain and heavy rain later. Glass factory, no gondola/cancelled. 3 miles, about 400 Kcal . Got back on boat - very tired. Still coughing. No weight.
10/22/23: Moved bags about 1/2 mile to get luggage to bus at Venice airport to bus/shuttle to Norwegian Carribean Lines "Gem", once on board, swim 50 lengths. used about 400 Kcal. No weight.
