 11/9/23: Woke 6AM, made beds, vacuum master bedroom and downstairs tile floor. Did moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, 1:27 using about 800 Kcal.  Went out for some errands, came back decided to try and get snowblower shed work in, got about 80% done, sides and back put together, laid 4'X8' plywood on top when it started to rain, used about 500 Kcal in 1.5 hrs. Weight 189
