 6/23/23: Woke 5 AM, did not make beds. Went to main Red Cross Bldg in Phila. Delivered Blood Boxes (3) to Pomona, Atlantic Care Hospital. 2 hrs. driving, about 1 hour of actually moving the boxes. About 300 Kcal. Weight 186

 7/9/23: woke 7:44 stripped beds, washed sheets/made beds. Did moderate stretching and moderate calisthenics, 1:15 using about 600 Kcal.  Weight 186.  Then went with Kol Ami to Blueberry Hill, about 2 miles, using 600 Kcal, THEN decided to really clean the top of the refrigerator, taking out all the food from the main top part, washing all the shelves and stuff outside using the garden hose, 1.5 hours using about 450 kcal.  Exhausted!
