3/7/22: Woke 8AM, made beds, enhanced stretch and calisthenics, 1:35, using 600 Kcal. Weight 183. Probably will try biking today.Around 12:30, decided to bike since the temps were in the 70s and it was upposed to rain later. Did 20.4 miles in about 1:50, using 1000 Kcal. Found 99 cents!
