 3/31/22: Woke 7:50, very strange dreams. Made beds.  Enhanced stretching and calisthenics. Time 1:33 using about 600 Kcal.  Weight 184. Went to gym later, 72 lengths, 1 mile, using about 400 Kcal.  Wt. at gym 183.

 3/30/22: Woke 8AM, strange sleeping pattern, woke 2X before final wake up.Made bed. Enhanced Stretching and calisthenics, plus enhanced weights, 2:10, using 1100 Kcal, weight 184.

 3/29/22: Woke7:50, made beds.  Enhanced stretching and calisthenics, 1:32 using about 600 Kcal.  Weight 185.

 3/28/22: Woke 8:04, stripped beds, washed sheets, made beds. Enhanced stretching/calisthenics plus enhanced weights. 2:11, using 1100 Kcal.  Weight 183.

 3/27/22: Woke 7:30. Made beds and dis moderate stretching and calisthenics. 1:01, using 600 Kcal. Weight 184.  Went to Suzie's unveiling and brunch with family.

3/26/22: Woke 8:30 made beds. Moderate stretching and calisthenics, 53 minutes using about 450 Kcal, went swimming with grand daughter, 1/4 mile, 100 Kcal.   Wt. 182. Mother-in-law died this morning. 

 3/25/22: Woke 8:30, made beds.  Did enhanced stretching and calisthenics and enhanced weight, 2:03, using 1100 Kcal.  Weight 183. Son/daughter-in-law and grand daughter are on their way.

 3/24/22: Woke7:15, made bed. Moderate stretch/calisthenics, 50 min., using about 450 Kcal. Travel day.  Went to visit mother in law, went straight to chgo ohare airport, dropped off rental, then took flight home. Got to Phila. airport, got luggage and got completely turned around trying to get to parking garage where car was, about $140? for parking. Finally found my way out to I95 and stopped for food on way home.  Collected mail from neighbor!

 3/23/22: Woke 7:04.  Did not sleep well, but needed no pain pills for possible injury of rear end collision previous night. Made bed. Enhanced stretching and calisthenics, 1:36 using about 625 Kcal. Wt. 185.(had a 3 hour crap show with AVIS to get another replacement rental.  AVIS said there was a car available at Libertyville, M.G. female, dropped us off, but after an hour plus there, they had no car.  AVIS had a car service pick us up and get us to the Chgo airport, where AVID insisted they needed to know where the wrecked car was and/or the towing company, I gave them the police report number and phone number.  Finally they gave me a replacement car. Total 3+ hours.  We went to visit Mother in law.

 3/22/22: Woke 7AM, made bed. Light stretching and calisthenics, 15 min, 150 Kcal. Visited mother in law and walked the path behind journey care, laps, 3.92 miles in 1:20, using 600 Kcal. No weight. Had car accident coming home after visiting and then having an Indian type dinner. Kevin E. Butler (in a blue car) ran into the back of the rental car, while we were stopping behind one care at a red light, 7:30 PM, since I had my foot on the brake, we did not hit the car in front but we were pushed and turned slightly to the left, not quite into on-coming traffic, with me and wife in car, at high speed. Lincolnshire Rt. 21 and Marriot Drive (Milwaukee Ave.), police report number 2022-4193, call 866-215-2771. Both cars were total, Wife shook up badly, hit right knee and tenderness in neck (checked out by ambulance personnel), - I was basically shook up but refused to go to hospital. Was not raining but there were puddles on side of the road. When I went up to the blue car after accident...

 3/21/22: Woke 7AM, made bed. Enhanced stretching and calisthenics, 1:29 using about 600 Kcal. Weight 184. Visited mother in law.

Sun. Woke 7:30, made bed. Enhanced stretching and calisthenics, 1:27 using 600 Kcal. Bright but cold day in chgo. Walked 3.2 miles in about 52 min, using 400 Kcal.  Wt. 187 

3/19/22: Woke 8AM. Made bed. ,Enhanced Stretching and calisthenics, 1:30, using 600 Kcal, weight 185. Visited with mother in law. 

 3/18/22: Woke 8:30, made bed. Mod. stretching and calisthenics. 45 min., using 450 Kcal.  No weight. Went to see Mother-in-law at hospice and had lunch and dinner with cousin M.K.

 3/17/22: Woke 8:30, made bed at in-laws. Enhanced stretching and calisthenics, 1:24 using 600 Kcal, plus treadmill, 3.6 mph, 4 incline, 1:05, using 505 Kcal.  No scale located that day.

 3/16/22: Woke 6:30 AM, made beds, mod./light stretching and calisthenics. 46 minutes, using about 400 Kcal.  Traveling day to Chgo. Wt. 185. Went to see mother-in-law, in hospice at Journey Care.

 3/15/22: Woke 7:30, made beds. Enhanced stretching and calisthenics, 1:29, using 600 Kcal, plus biking, 1:50, 21.05 miles using 1050 Kcal.  Weight 184.

 3/14/22: Woke 8AM, Enhanced stretching and calisthenics, plus enhanced weights, 2:04, using 1000 Kcal.  Weight 184. Got call from dentist telling me they refunded all the money for "Carrington Insurance for all work done except for the previous cap which was within the first year of the insurance coverage. Roofing guy came and fixed the dented gutter on side of house across from Lee's house and the dented gutter guard outside of my window. Did telephone interview with Adam Lee of Pine Hill School for long term sub at 11 AM.

 3/13/22: Woke 7:30, stripped beds/ washed sheets made beds and cleaned out car of stuff I got from Suzie's. Moderate stretching and calisthenics, 45 min, 350 Kcal.   Wt. 185

 3/12/22: Woke 7AM made beds. Moderate exercises because I was going to do some lifting and going up and down stairs at Susan Neiman Feldman's old house.  Threw tons of junk away.  Moderate stretches and calisthenics. 1:09 using 600 Kcal plus the 1200 kcal/3 hrs. moving stuff at Suzie's house while it was snowing. Wt. 185.

 3/11/22: Woke 7:30 made beds. Enhanced stretching and calisthenics, plus enhanced weights, 2:05 using about 1000 Kcal. Roofer comes back to check the roof work. Wt. 182.

 3/10/22: Woke 7:15, roof guys here. Made beds, after seeing to it the roof guys are OK, decided to do rowing. 1 hr, 12335 meters (more than 7.5 miles), using about 685 Kcal, wt. 184.

 3/9/22: Woke 8:15, made beds.  Enhanced stretching and calisthenics, 1:35 using about 600 Kcal, weight 182.

 3/8/22:  Woke 7:15, made beds. Enhanced stretching and calisthenics, plus enhanced weights, total time 2:05, using about 1000 Kcal.  Wt. 183.

3/7/22: Woke 8AM, made beds, enhanced stretch and calisthenics, 1:35, using 600 Kcal. Weight 183.  Probably will try biking today.Around 12:30, decided to bike since the temps were in the 70s and it was upposed to rain later.  Did 20.4 miles in about 1:50, using 1000 Kcal.  Found 99 cents!

 3/6/22: Got up 7:30, made beds.  Decided not to do stretching/calisthenics, rather, went to gym and swam 1.25 miles, 90 lengths with 2 additional lengths breast stroke. 47:36, using 500 Kcal.  Wt. 183.

 3/5/22: Woke 7:30, made beds, temporarily, then stripped beds after exercise so I can wash sheets and towels and then remake beds. Enhanced stretching and calisthenics, 1:36, using about 600 Kcal.  Weight 184.

 3/4/22: Woke 7AM, made beds.  Enhanced stretching and calisthenics, plus enhanced weights. Done in 2:12, using 1200 Kcal.  Wt. 183.

 3/3/22: Woke 7:30, made beds.  Enhanced stretching and calisthenics.  Time: 1:31 using about 600 Kcal, weight 182.
