9/26/24: Took yesterday off. Woke 7:20, made beds. Did moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, 1:40 using about 825 Kcal, weight 191.
9/24/24: Woke 7:03 made beds. Decided to go to gym and swim, Did 24 lengths was winded, rested did 16 more, rested then did 18 more...3/4 mile+ in 32 min. using about 300 Kcal, weight 190. Got flu shot and new COVID at CVS.
9/23/24: Woke 7:37, made beds. Went to Rowan-Virtua School of Medicine, gave double reds/power reds (42 min.), would have picked up blood to go to 700 Spring Garden but there where only 4 units, check with James L. he said go home.
9/21/24: Woke 8AM, made beds. Biked to Batteries plus for batteries for odometer on bike, left the shop and rode 1.5 miles -forgot my helmet had to go back and get it. 20 miles total in about 2:16 using about 1000 Kcal.
9/20/24: Woke 8:18, made beds. Woke up later than I needed, shortened routine, 1:10 using about 600 Kcal, weight 191. Delivery of blood, could not a a GPS address. Arrive 1 hour late, added a delivery of blood from Phila., to Vineland.
9/18/24: Woke 7:42, made beds. Did moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, 1:30, using about 800 Kcal, weight finally down to 190. Cleaned up some debris in back yard
9/17/24: Woke 5:48, made beds. Decided to mow lawns and clear weeds, 55:38 using 600 Kcal, weight 191. Cut from "flower bed" looked horrible. Weight 191. Cassidy Tova Adler born around noon .
9/16/24: Woke 8:26, made beds. Went to gym to do water aerobics and 40 lengths of swimming, 1/2 mile+ swimming, 39:45 using about 400 Kcal, weight 192.
9/14/24: Woke 8:20, stripped beds, washed sheets and towels, did vacuuming and mopping (2 hrs.) and did moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, 1:32, using 825 Kcal, weight 192
9/13/24: 43 anniversary. Woke 8:14, made beds. Decided to make template 1/2 in plywood for candle table. Cut strips of wood glued together to the plywood size to fit in frame, one of the strip glued sections failed, had to reglue. Did the Kol Ami engraving. About 4 hours using about 1200 Kca. Stopped using inhaler and allergy meds. No wt.
9/12/24: Woke 8, made beds. Went to gym to swim. Did 1/2 mile and had to rest, did another 1/4 mile, rested and final quarter of mile, total time 42 min. Weird! Used about 400 Kcal, weight 192, used about 400 Kcal.
9/11/24: Anniversary of Twin Towers. Woke 7:43, made beds. Did moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, 1:30 using about 800 kcal, weight 194. Sanded other side of candle table, about 1 hr.
9/10/24: Woke 7:38, made beds. Sanded one side of candle table, about 2 hrs. used about 600 Kcal. Wt. 194. Delivered blood with wife's car, for Red Cross to Philadelphia, got caught in the center city police shut down for the presidential debate. Took me about 2 hrs to drive home, went to get my car at Auto Lenders.
9/9/24: Woke 7:43, made beds. Vacuumed downstairs. Jason from synagogue wanted to eliminate the marble top for the candle table, so I cut soft wood 3/4" X 3/4" strips and glued them together. Took about 4 hours, used about 1200 Kcal. Weight 193.
9/8/24: Woke 9AM, made beds. Met with Richard, cousin for bike ride down Jackson Ave. Multi stops, 24 miles for me, about 2 hrs riding time. Cousin was tiring and could not keep up. Used about 1200 Kcal. Weight 194
Sat. Woke 7:23, stripped beds, washed sheets and coverlet, made beds. Went to basement and cleaned up and vacuumed, set up total gym. Did multiple total gym exercises, 41 minutes using 500 Kcal, weight 193. Muscle confusion! Tired!
9/2/24: Woke 9 AM, made beds, still slight cough. Using inhaler 2X per day. Did moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, 1:32 using 800 Kcal, weight 193. Loose scat.
9/1/24: Woke 11 AM made beds, slept terrible. Finished the frame for the candle table, cut table legs. Smoothed out 4 cutting board, cleaned them. 2 hours using about 600 Kcal. Wt. 195
