4/20/23: Woke 8:30, slept lousy. Made beds. Did moderate stretching PLUS and moderate calisthenics PLUS, taking about 1:28, using about 700 Kcal, then decided to rake some leaves in the back for 1/2 hour, using about 300 Kcal. Weight 183.
4/18/23: Woke 8:17 made beds. Did moderate stretching PLUS/moderate calisthenics PLUS, 1:27 using about 750 Kcal, weight 183. Stayed away from woodworking and gardening today, right ankle sore. Butt still burnt from sitting on roof to clear debris from top of gutter guards.
4/17/23: Woke 8:25, made beds. Cleaners last day...Paid for 1 extra cleaning. Did moderate stretching and moderate calisthenics, 1:07, using about 600 Kcal. Then decided to break down the rotted raised garden, reclaimed all the screws I could. Shored up another raised bed and put fence around same since the potatoes were growing and some animal was eating the tops. Also worked on the platform for the snowblower. 2.5 hours, using bout 1500 Kcal.

4/11/23: Got up 8:04, made beds. Repaired edge of shed with plastic kick plate I found. Did moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, 1:54, using about 800 Kcal., weight 181. Got ambitious and raked leaves in front and weeded lawn, 2:08, using about 1200 Kcal.

Later, went swimming, 72 lengths, 1 mile (plus 2 warm down lengths) in 39:28, using about 400 Kcal. On way home found a discarded solid cedar chest which just fit in my back seat. Missing a foot, but would in pretty good condition.
