 4/10/23: Woke 7AM, made beds.  Did moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, 1:56, using about 800 Kcal, weight 182.  Later, went swimming, 72 lengths, 1 mile (plus 2 warm down lengths) in 39:28, using about 400 Kcal. On way home found a discarded solid cedar chest which just fit in my back seat. Missing a foot, but would in pretty good condition.
