 4/10/22: Woke 6:10, did light stretches/calis. 10 min. moved luggage to car, returned rental, moved luggage to terminal, got luggage in Phila., shuttle to car parking, moved luggage to car and into house upon arrival. 300 Kcal. No weight measured.

 7/9/23: woke 7:44 stripped beds, washed sheets/made beds. Did moderate stretching and moderate calisthenics, 1:15 using about 600 Kcal.  Weight 186.  Then went with Kol Ami to Blueberry Hill, about 2 miles, using 600 Kcal, THEN decided to really clean the top of the refrigerator, taking out all the food from the main top part, washing all the shelves and stuff outside using the garden hose, 1.5 hours using about 450 kcal.  Exhausted!
