 4/7/22: Woke 6AM, made beds, finished packing and moving bags to car, walking bags to airport and walking to terminal, getting bags in chgo, moving them to shuttle to get rental car, driving to hotel, moving bags to room. 300 Kcal. No wt. measured.

 7/9/23: woke 7:44 stripped beds, washed sheets/made beds. Did moderate stretching and moderate calisthenics, 1:15 using about 600 Kcal.  Weight 186.  Then went with Kol Ami to Blueberry Hill, about 2 miles, using 600 Kcal, THEN decided to really clean the top of the refrigerator, taking out all the food from the main top part, washing all the shelves and stuff outside using the garden hose, 1.5 hours using about 450 kcal.  Exhausted!
