3/26/23: Woke 9AM, stripped beds, washed sheets, made beds. Did moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, 1:31, about 750 Kcal. Weight 184. Decided to clean 35 lbs. of horseradish, 1 hour, using 300 Kcal.
3/23/23: Woke 8AM, made beds. Later went to Hamilton for lunch with Roger Long. Did moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, 1:39, using about 800 Kcal. Weight 185.
3/21/23: Woke 9:30, made beds. Did moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, 1:32, using about 750 kcal. Went to "cancelled luncheon at Pete's" then went to give papers to daughter, the went to synagogue (Kol Ami) and gave them water dispenser. My scales were not in kitchen. Went to Shop Rite to make sure the Horseradish would be delivered and ready for pick up this Fri. Horseradish is confirmed, the 25 cases of Mason jars is up in the air. They will call me with update.
3/20/23: Woke 8:02, made beds. Cleaning person here. Did moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, 1:34, using about 750 Kcal, weight 186. Moved wood and rug to shed, about 30 minutes of exercise.

3/17/23: Woke 8:30, made beds. Did moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, 1:30, using about 750 Kcal. Weight 184. Plus raking leaves, 2 hrs. about 700 Kcal. 5 trash can full of leaves, got deck and half of backyard done.

3/13/23: Woke 9:15, made beds. Sleep interrupted at 6AM, watched TV for about 45 min. Did moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, 1:33, using about 750 Kcal, weight, 185.
3/12/23: Woke 8AM- clocks moved ahead last nite. Made beds. Went to Kol Ami and read my story for mens club. Came home and got on rowing machine, 10,018 meters in 50:07 using about 547 Kcal. Weight 184 after exercise
