 10/13/20: Got up around 8:15, made beds.  Kink in my neck I  had for the last 3 days seem to have subsided.  Made beds and decided to do morning exercises.  Managed 55 push ups! The rest, enhanced exercises.  35 min, using about 350 Kcal, wt. 194.
