Wed. Cloudy/rainy?/60s (Morning exercises)(15 min)(150 Kcal)
10/28/20: Got up 8AM (had a bout of apnea during night. ugh). Made beds and did 15 min. of morning exercises. 150 Kcal. Still a kink of pain in back, right hand side. Still plan to volunteer at So. Jersey food bank today and give blood tomorrow.
