 10/3/20: Got up around 8AM.  Made bed and did morning exercises. 50 push ups, 25 sit ups, 20 clean/jerk (25 lb each hand), 20 curls, 20 lawnmower pulls, 20 pendulum swings between legs, 20 lunges (no weights), 20 mini squats with 50 lbs, 20 punches with weights, 20 overhead weights to back of head, 20 straight up pushes with weights, 20 seated turns with 25 lb.30 suspended alternating cross sit ups. 40 count leg suspension, 30 lumping jacks, 20 floor pectoral extensions with 25 lbs each hand, 20 front pull up 25 lb weights, 20 side pull up weights 25 lbs each hand. 30 min, wt. 195. about 300 Kcal. Decided to bike ride, perfect day, mid 60s. 1:52, 21.58 miles using about 1075 kcal, then came home and mowed lawn for 20 min, using about 200 Kcal.  Final weight 193
