 10/8/20: Got up 8AM, did normal morning exercises after making beds. 15 min, 150 Kcal.  Went to eye Dr. appt. Came home baked stuff and started shrimp dinner.  Ran out of sugar, decided to walk to Aldis (4 miles) to get 12 lbs of sugar, so had an extra 12 lbs in back pack on way home. 1:25 min, using 750 Kcal  Wt. 195
