6/27/19: Got up aroun 7AM. Laid in bed for 1/2 hr. Went to get haircut using bike, then decided to get cash at bank on Church. 20.8 miles in about 1:40 using about 1040 Kcal. Wt. 185
9/28/24: Woke 8:36, stripped beds, washed sheets and towels, made beds. Did moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, 1:31 using about 800 Kcal, weight 191.
7/9/23: woke 7:44 stripped beds, washed sheets/made beds. Did moderate stretching and moderate calisthenics, 1:15 using about 600 Kcal. Weight 186. Then went with Kol Ami to Blueberry Hill, about 2 miles, using 600 Kcal, THEN decided to really clean the top of the refrigerator, taking out all the food from the main top part, washing all the shelves and stuff outside using the garden hose, 1.5 hours using about 450 kcal. Exhausted!
