5/30/24: Woke 7:35, made beds. Did moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, 1:18 using about 800 Kcal. Weight 193...plus moved wood from my side of garage to shed, 1 hr. Gave power reds Tues, so no exercise Wed.
5/28/24: Woke 7:47, made beds. Did moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, 1:36 using about 800 Kcal, weight 191. Still some rt. lower back pain and minor discomfort rt. leg, top above knee.
5/27/24: Memorial Day. Woke 7:35, made beds. Did moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, 1:31 using about 800 Kcal, weight 192. Still a little pain in back, but almost no coughing during exercise. Scrubbed shower floor.
5/26/24: Woke 8:15, made beds. Wife decided to do sheets laundry. Did moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, 1:30 using about 800 Kcal, weight 194.
5/25/24: Woke 8:19, made beds. Did moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, still some back pain. 1:35 using about 800 Kcal, weight 193. Went to Collingswood Fair, 2 hrs walking in very hot sun., came home and waited til late afternoon to mow lawn, 30 min.
5/24/24: Woke 7:51, made beds. Did moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, 1:32, using about 800 Kcal, weight 192. Still some back pain, almost no coughing.
5/22/24: Woke 8, did NOT sleep well, made beds. Moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, 1:24, using about 800 Kcal, weight 193. Had lunch with Nottingham retirees.
5/21/24: Woke 8 AM, went to Walker Brothers , chocolate store, returned car rental spent inordinate time at airport. Drank WAAAAYYY too much caffeine and had the jitters during flight home, did not get home and in bed till midnight. Sleep was poor.
5/16/24: Woke 9AM, went to Long Grove and walked around, maybe 2 miles, 1 hr, using 200 Kcal, came beck to hotel, swam 200 lengths, about 1 mile+, using 400 Kcal.
5/15/24: Woke 8 AM, went o hotel weight room and did free weights, developed back pain, 45 min, using about 600 Kcal, did 50 wall pus ups, no sit ups. No wt.
5/14/24: Woke 4:15, made beds, travel to Chgo, Swim at hotel pool, 100 lengths, about 1/2 mile (21 min.) using about 200 Kcal, water aerobics, 20 min, about 200 Kcal. No weight
5/11/24: Woke 7:56, made beds. Did free weights, 50 wall push ups, 30 sit ups, 47 minutes using about 600 Kcal. Then sanded the top platform for Sheryl's computer table and painted edges and one side of the 1" plank. Went to visit son, daughter-in-law and grand daughter. Needed cough medicine to sleep...over did the exercising. Weight 191.
5/10/24: Woke 8:08, needed severe cough meds to get any sleep. Did moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, 1:27 using about 800 Kcal, weight 191. Blood pick up in Bringatine.
5/9/24: Woke 7:53, slept terrible, lots of mucus. Did free weights, 50 wall push ups, 30 sit ups, 49 minutes using about 600 Kcal. Weight 190. Blood transport from CH to Phila.
5/8/24: Woke 7:05, did moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, 1:32 using about 800 Kcal, weight 190. Also worked on new top for spouse's computer table. 2 hrs, using about 400 Kcal.
5/7/24: Woke 7:25, made beds. Did free weight for 48 min, including 50 wall push ups and 30 sit ups. Weight 191. Planted cucumbers suspended with wire fencing, 1.5 hrs. using about 600 kcal. Went to Kol Ami to make PB&J sandwiches , about 1 hr.
5/6/24: Woke 6:15, made beds. Loose stool/extended-did not sleep well. Inhaler ran out. Did moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, 1:31, using about 800 Kcal, weight 194.
5/4/24: Woke 7:58, stripped beds, washed sheets and towels, made beds. Did moderate stretch and moderate calisthenics, 1:27 using about 800 Kcal, weight 193.
5/3/24: Woke 5:36, made beds...cool out so opened all windows upper floor to air out and cool the top floor. Did free weights, 50 wall pushups and 30 sit ups. 48 minutes using 600 Kcal. Weight 193. Painters came to fix nail pops and painting sheds.
5/2/24: Woke 7:11, made beds. Did moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, 1:32, using about 800 Kcal, weight 194. Plus weeded and covered two raised beds in the heat. Used about 600 kcal.
5/1/24: Woke 6:45, made beds. Made my way to BNai Brith for South Jersey food bank, 2 hrs. of moving and distributing food for Senior Living home. Came home after Mens club luncheon and did free weights for 45 minutes, using 600 Kcal, weight 195.
