11/23/21: Woke 8:15. Slept most of the night in other bedroom so I could read before going to sleep in that wife was already in bed and lights were off. Woke around 6AM to go to bathroom and then went to own room and slept till 8:15. Made beds, did enhanced stretching for 1:22, using 550 Kcal. Wt. 184.Cleaned out humidifier attached to heating unit in the basement. Cleaned out the water heater/ flushed out...changed air filter in heating unit. Cleaned up water spill from the abovementioned work. Checked on it later, all dry. Raked leaves for 1:41, using more than 900 Kcal
11/21/21: Sunny, cold. Woke 8AM, made beds. Stretched 1:18, using 550 Kcal. Did some more work on Marty's nightlight/bank, 1 hr. using 200 Kcal. Almost done with project. Wt. 183.
11/19/21: Woke 8:30. Made beds, enhanced stretching, 1:21, using about 550 Kcal. Weight 184. Plus packing food, making boxes for South Jersey Food Bank, 600 Kcal, 3 hrs.
11/18/21: Woke 8AM. Made beds. Enhanced stretch plus enhanced weights, 1:49 using about 900 Kcal. Wt. 184. Also raked leaves again, 54 min, using about 400 Kcal
11/17/21: Woke 8AM, made beds. Stretching 1:06, using 500 Kcal. Wt. 185. Later, when the temperature went higher, I changed and went for a bike ride. Took Cooper to Hopewell and then hit Jackson to Atco High Speed Way and back. 17.3 miles in 1:33, found 35cents on the road. Got home, took shower and went to Cafe Lamberti (got lost a little)- about taxes and retirement. No substance and the dinner was less then expected. Not worth my time.
11/12/21: Woke 8AM. Woke several times overnight. Got up, made beds and stretched, 1:11, using about 500 Kcal. Wt. 182.+ woodworking, 1 hr. 200 Kcal. Working on Marty's night light and coin bank.
11/11/21: Woke 8AM, made beds, did some laundry after exercise. Enhanced stretch plus enhanced weights, 1:55, using 900 Kcal. Wt. 183. No "recent" tightness in chest!!! Could this be due to me taking in protein in my morning smoothies? Correlation "seems" to be there. One minor episode of tightness in chest. 1 hr. wood working, about 200 Kcal working on Marty's nite lite and coin bank.
11/10/21: Woke 8AM. Made beds, stretched, 1:09, using 500 Kcal. Wt. 183. Woodworking, making Martin's night light and bank for his b-day in Jan. 2 hrs. about 400 Kcal.
11/9/21: Woke 7AM. Made beds. Enhanced stretching plus enhanced weights, 1:47, using 900 Kcal. Weight 184. Plus great day for biking, 70 degree weather. Did 17.62 miles in about 1.5 hrs, using about 880 Kcal.
11/8/21: Woke 8:45. Made beds, stretched, 1:11, using about 500 Kcal Weight 185+ walking 3 miles in Philadelphia. Went to Korean Memorial and walked up South Street, Got donuts from Federal (used gift card) and walked them to train and then to car and home. Used about 500 Kcal.
11/4/21: Woke 8AM, made beds. Stretched for 40 min, using about 300 Kcal. Went to Shamong to help give out food for South Jersey food bank, 3 hrs., using about 450 Kcal. Then went to gym, did 72 lengths, about 1.125 miles, about 43 min, using about 450 Kcal. Weight on gym scale - 183. Home for sprinkler blow out.
11/1/21: Woke 7:30, made beds. Stretched for 1 hr. Using about 500 Kcal. Weight about 184. Cleaner came. Then went to gym, swam 65 lengths, 1 mile, 400 Kcal, 37:49
10/31/21: Woke 8AM made beds. Enhanced Stretch + enhanced weights, 1:38, using about 850 Kcal. Weight 184. Halloween, gave out about 35 candies. Started to get too chilly to sit outside and read.
