 11/11/21: Woke 8AM, made beds, did some laundry after exercise. Enhanced stretch plus enhanced weights, 1:55, using 900 Kcal.  Wt. 183. No "recent" tightness in chest!!! Could this be due to me taking in protein in my morning smoothies?  Correlation "seems" to be there. One minor episode of tightness in chest. 1 hr. wood working, about 200 Kcal working on Marty's nite lite and coin bank.
