6/29/21: Woke 7:10. Made beds, did enhanced stretching and enhanced weights. 1:07, 650 Kcal Wt. 186, plus bike ride in 90+ degree heat, 21.5 miles in about 2 hrs., using 1175 Kcal, weight after ride, 184! (Yes I know its only water weight loss, but- still...)
6/27/21: Woke 6AM, Stripped beds, washed sheets, made beds. Ehanced Stretches plus enhanced weights. 1:10, using about 650 Kcal. Then later in day, moved debris from back yard to retention basic and curb, 36 min. using about 300 Kcal. Wt. 187
6/19/21: Got up8 AM, made beds, stretched plus enhanced weights, 56 min. Went to Farm, water park (grand daughter+family) for 3 hrs, meandering. Very hot. 1000 Kcal . Weight 188.
6/18/21: Woke 7AM in middle bedroom. Made that bed and stripped bed in master bedroom. Washed sheets and towels and remade beds in master bedroom. Enhanced stretching, 52 min. 350 Kcal. Weight 186! Going to retirement party at Coopers View, formally Katmandu. then Visits from family.
6/15/21: Wake 7:40. Made beds, Stretches+enhanced weights)(1:05)(500 Kcal). Then biked to Rt. 30 to High School and back, 30 miles, 2:40, 2500 Kcal. Wt. 187
6/14/21: Woke 6:45. Made beds, but Sheryl's alarm did not go off at 5:15, woke at 6AM. Some heartburn and pain on rt. hand side, took aspirin, went back to sleep after 6AM. Wt. 189
6/11/21: Woke 7:30, made beds, stretched plus reg. weights. 50 min. 400 Kcal. Went to Dr. to check out tick bites, all good.Wt. 187 (Dr. scale showed 188 lbs.)
6/8/21: Woke 7:30. Weird dream about being in a diner and something about paying the bill? Enhanced stretch, 44 min, using 350 Kcal. Later, Gardening/setting up fence around raised garden where corn is growing, 1 hr, using 600 Kcal, wt. 189. + biking- 90 degrees hot sun, 22.27 miles in 2 hrs. visited Mike Kernan at Great Times.
6/5/21: Woke 6:30. Stripped beds, washed sheets/made beds. Stretched+ enhanced weights, 59:30, 500 Kcal, wt. 189. Plus hiking with Lauren Flaugherty memorial hike for her brother Ryan. 40 min. up rocky trail and back, 400 Kcal.
6/3/21: Woke 7:30, weird dreams about walking into some MFS function covered in whipped cream and then rest of dream trying to make up for that disaster. Made beds, did enhanced stretches, 50 min, 350 Kcal. Wt. 190 + Bike20.42 miles, in about 1.5 hrs, using about 1025 kcal.
