11/1/24: Woke 8am, made beds. Was going to ride bike but it was threatening rain...went to gym, swam 1/4 mile+ (20 lengths), 11 min. then 20 minutes of water aerobics, then another 1/4 mile swim+ (20 lengths + 2 warm down...Total time 43 min, using 450 Kcal.
7/9/23: woke 7:44 stripped beds, washed sheets/made beds. Did moderate stretching and moderate calisthenics, 1:15 using about 600 Kcal. Weight 186. Then went with Kol Ami to Blueberry Hill, about 2 miles, using 600 Kcal, THEN decided to really clean the top of the refrigerator, taking out all the food from the main top part, washing all the shelves and stuff outside using the garden hose, 1.5 hours using about 450 kcal. Exhausted!
2/26/20: woke around 8AM. Did a little grading then placed one twin bed in basement and took other to recycling in Voorhees, Then went to gym and swam 90 lengths (1.25 miles+) in 44:49, using 500 Kcal. Wt. 192...ugh.
