11/10/19: Got up around 8AM. Decided to figure out if Ken/Kelly can handle a visit, wife does not want to go. Went downstairs for rowing. 48:48, 557 Kcal, 10,023 meters (last 400 meters at a sprint.

 7/9/23: woke 7:44 stripped beds, washed sheets/made beds. Did moderate stretching and moderate calisthenics, 1:15 using about 600 Kcal.  Weight 186.  Then went with Kol Ami to Blueberry Hill, about 2 miles, using 600 Kcal, THEN decided to really clean the top of the refrigerator, taking out all the food from the main top part, washing all the shelves and stuff outside using the garden hose, 1.5 hours using about 450 kcal.  Exhausted!
