 6/10/22: Woke 7:28, made beds.  Moderate stretching and calisthenics.  In deference to Sunday Bike A Thon.. 52 minutes/400 Kcal. Weight 183.  Rained previous night. Decided to save gas and do all errands on bike. Went to bank to get some cash, then to gym, swam 1 mile (plus 2 warm down laps), 72 lengths, 38:57, using 400 Kcal. Biked 13 miles in about 2 hrs. really struggled on the last 2 miles from shop-rite-where I picked up 2 cartons of soy milk.
