6/24/22: Woke at 7:33, made beds. Did enhanced stretching and calisthenics. Somehow - added some side exercises which extends the normal 1:30 timing. 1:42, using about 700 Kcal. Weight 182. Plus swim, 72 lengths (+2 warm down), 1 mile in 37:12, using 400 Kcal.
