 10/5/21: Woke 7:40. Made beds. enhanced stretching plus enhanced weights, 1:43, using 850 Kcal.  Weight 185. Went to Echelon fitness with coupon for 1 month free. Swam 1/4 mile in about 10 min, was very tired! Walked 1/4 mile in 15 min and then did 1/8 mile swimming in 5 min.  Used about 300 Kcal. Weight in their scale was 185 as well.
