10/28/21: Woke 8:30. Made beds, stretched for 35 min, 250 Kcal, got sharpened knives, went to gym for swim, 1 mile, 37:40, using about 400 Kcal.  Gym scale weighed 181.5! Went with relatives to all you can eat sushi.
