Wed. Sunny/cool/warmer later (Morning exercises)(15 min.)(200 Kcal)(Wt. 197?)

 9/23/20: Got up 7:30. Made bed, did morning exercises.  50 push ups, 20 sit ups, 20 clean and jerks, 20 curls, 20 lawn mower pulls, 20 chest presses, 10 side curls (way too hard), 20 jumping jacks, 20 overhead pulls.  All with 25 lbs weights each hand.  Shower.
