Sat. Sunny/little cool (Morning exercise)+(3.5 miles walking)(600 Kcal)

 9/19/20: Woke around 8AM.  Grand daughter here.  Did 46 push ups,20 sit ups, 20 curls with 15 lbs weights, 20 clean and jerk with 15 lb weights and 20 jumping jacks.  From now on morning exercises will have the same # of reps, but with 25 lb. weights.  Went for walk with grand daughter, first a single mile, 2X around block, then to playground and back, about 2.5 miles. Used about 600 Kcal.
