Friday Sun/warm (Truncated morning exercises)+3.5 miles walking w/ grand daughter)(500 Kcal)

 9/25/20: Up at 6:30AM to drive to Hoboken.  Did truncated exercises, 50 push ups, 20 sit ups, 20 clean and jerk, 20 lawn mower pulls, 20 curls.  Took grand daughter out 2X for walk and one playground.  Used about 500 Kcal.  Ate a large hamburger for lunch, probably too much.
