Wed.Sun/COOL (Morning exercises/enhanced)(30 min)(300 Kcal)(Wt. 195)

 9/30/20: Woke around 8AM, made bed did enhanced morning exercises, added squats and lunges.  30 min, using about 300 kcal, wt. 195.  Went to appt. at Amiano, then delivered my voting ballot to voting place.
