 9/17/20: Woke around 6:30. Made bed and did morning exercises...i.e. 45 push ups, 20 sit ups, 20 clean and press, 15lbs, 20 curls 15 lbs. Went back to Mkor and help put stick on photoplacards for the audience.  Picked up sharpened materials.  Came home (pooped 2X), changed and went to basement to do free weights and total gym.  50 additional min, using about 650 Kcal  Wt. 195
