5/29/19: Got up just before 5AM, subbed at Nottingham, came home, changed and went for another practice run for American Cancer Society Ride Brudge to Shore. Did 27.63 miles in 2:17, using 1380 Kcal. Wt. 186. Got home minute before it started to pour rain.
5/27/19: Memorial day. Woke around 8AM. Went on some errands, bought shorts at Kohls, then Freight Hardware for sander. Came home and mowed lawn, edged lawn and swept up debris. 1.5 hours 600 Kcal. Put together sander. Works OK
5/25/19: Got up around 8AM. Went for bike ride, a little too cool for short sleeves etc...but I did it. Went down Jackson Ave. 26.15 miles in about 2:20, using about 1300 Kcal.
5/24/19: Got up 8AM got everything together to donate heavy extension cord and table saw to Camden gardens, brought brush master and gas. Worked a solid 3 hrs. came home took a nap, went outside to get some woodworking done. Made a table from available wood for the table saw, will give to Camden Garden next time I come. Rearranged wood in 3rd shed. 3 hr.s, total Kcal 2100. Wt. 185.
5/21/19: Got up aroun 7:30AM. Went to gym then stopped to get screen fixed, deposit check (65) and Shop Rite for some groceries. Swam 90 lengths in 45:11, using 500 Kcal, 1.25 miles+, wt. 183
5/19/19: Got up around 8:15 AM. Got half smoothie and then out to ride. Went almost to Tacony Palmyra Bridge and back. 30.25 miles in about 2:37, some minor stops. Kcal=1550
5/17/19: Got up around 7:30 AM. Went outside to check on garden and hooked up water barrels to garden. Then went to gym and did 90+2 lengths of swimming in 44:07 using about 500 Kcal, about 1.25 miles, then did water aerobics for 20 min, using about 150 Kcal. Wt. 186
5/16/19: Got up around 6:30 AM. Finished project for Voorhees, Pediatric Hosp. Volunteered 2.5 hrs. Came back mowed lawn (45 min. about 300 Kcal). then biked Eastern Regional Check to Wells Fargo, 15.15 miles, in about 1:10, using 700 Kcal. Wt. 187.
5/15/19: Got up around 6:30AM. Decided to go to gym and do some aerobic exercising. Stairmaster, 285 Kcal, speed 8-9, Floors 104, steps 1620, 23 min. Then treadmill, speed 3.6 mph (first 5 min with 10 lbs. hand weight each hand), incline 5, 42 min, 2.5 miles, 415Kcal. Total Kcal=700 Kcal, wt. 184
5/13/19: Got up a little before 6AM. Went to Eastern to sub for Science class/physics. Went directly to gym and did a QUICK mile in the pool before the Wahoos took over the pool at 3:30PM. 74 laps, about 1 mile+, in 37:19 using about 400 Kcal. Wt. 186
5/11/19: Got up around 6AM, did not sleep well. Went for a bike ride to get Cds for Sheryl for Moithers Day, got a CD for Kelly, stopped at library to drop off book on CD. Came home and planted peppers, eggplant and transplanted some butternut squash. 10.35 miles plus gardening and woodworking, 1 hr each, total Kcal=1200. Wt. 186.
5/10/19: Lots of walking and pushing suitcase. Walking around Math Museum. Met Ken Kelly for lunch and walked back to hotel, got luggage then went on trains back to Ken/Kellys place, got in car, hone around 5-5:30PM 700 Kcal.
5/9/19: NYC got up early to use hotel exercise room. Got on treadmill for 63 min, 4 incline speed 3.5 mph, 2 5lb hand weights with curls. about 550 Kcal, plus later walking and sightseeing, 3.6 miles in about 3 hrs., using about 900 Kcal. Total 1450 Kcal
5/8/19: Walked through 9/11 memorial, then the outside fountains and a little sightseeing. Later went to theater to see "Cher" Total 5 miles in about 5 hours, using about 1500 Kcal. Stopped at Juniors for LATE dinner.
5/7/19: New York City with Bernsteins. Went to Central Park, Empire State bldg. Strawberry field "Imagine" mosaic, shopping, walked to dessert place for Taro/Green tea frozen dessert, 7 miles, 2100 Kcal.
5/4/19: Got up around 7:30AM. Charged camera/phone, pumped up bike tires and went to Moorestown Friends school to see if they were having outdoor activities. Nothing there at around 10:30AM. Came home, spitting a little rain on way home. 23.35 miles in about 1:50, suing about 1100 Kcal. Wt. 187.
5/2/19: Got up 7:30 AM. Got ready to volunteer at Voorhees Pediatric, dropped of paperwork to Rose's desk. Then went to gym and did 110 lengths, about 1.5 miles in 55:25, using 600 Kcal, wt. 186.
