5/19/19: Got up around 8:15 AM. Got half smoothie and then out to ride. Went almost to Tacony Palmyra Bridge and back. 30.25 miles in about 2:37, some minor stops. Kcal=1550
5/30/24: Woke 7:35, made beds. Did moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, 1:18 using about 800 Kcal. Weight 193...plus moved wood from my side of garage to shed, 1 hr. Gave power reds Tues, so no exercise Wed.
11/1/24: Woke 8am, made beds. Was going to ride bike but it was threatening rain...went to gym, swam 1/4 mile+ (20 lengths), 11 min. then 20 minutes of water aerobics, then another 1/4 mile swim+ (20 lengths + 2 warm down...Total time 43 min, using 450 Kcal.
