5/19/19: Got up around 8:15 AM. Got half smoothie and then out to ride. Went almost to Tacony Palmyra Bridge and back. 30.25 miles in about 2:37, some minor stops. Kcal=1550
9/7/23: Woke 8:05, made beds, did moderate to enhanced stretches and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, PLUS hand weight and floor weights exercise, 1:37 using about 900 Kcal., then went outside and worked on shed for snowblower, 1:57 using about 500 Kcal, weight 188.
9/9/23: Woke 7:18, made beds. Did moderate to enhanced stretches and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, PLUS weights, 1:40, 900 Kcal, Weight 187. Then went to Hoboken and walked to Italian Festival and walked to Gemma's party and back, 3 miles, about 300 Kcal. Weight 187
