5/25/19: Got up around 8AM. Went for bike ride, a little too cool for short sleeves etc...but I did it. Went down Jackson Ave. 26.15 miles in about 2:20, using about 1300 Kcal.
3/27/23: Woke 7AM made beds. Did moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, 1:45, using 800 Kcal, weigh 185. Plus 4 hrs making horseradish at synagogue, 1200 Kcal.
