5/9/19: NYC got up early to use hotel exercise room.  Got on treadmill for 63 min, 4 incline speed 3.5 mph, 2 5lb hand weights with curls. about 550 Kcal, plus later walking and sightseeing, 3.6 miles in about 3 hrs., using about 900 Kcal. Total 1450 Kcal
