3/12/24: Woke 7:52 made beds. Did moderate to enhanced stretches and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, 800 Kcal, 1:32, weight 190. Did a run from Galloway, NJ for Red Cross. Such a nice day, decided to bike, on my way home found hand barbell in decent condition with 15 lbs of weights so the last 4 miles I had an extra 20 lbs in my backpack. 18 miles using about 900 Kcal.
