10/18/23: Woke 8AM, still little cough. Got blood work done, everything normal, Cholesterol 197! BUN a touch high. Moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, 1:15 using about 800 Kcal, weight 185. Did a delivery for red cross.
10/15/23: Woke 8AM, made bed, decided to try and exercise after several days of COVID, Moderate to enhanced stretching, moderate to enhanced calisthenics, 1:15, using about 800 Kcal. Still a little cough. Weight 185.
10/10/23: Woke 8AM, made beds, little less coughing. Did moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, 1:30, using about 800 Kcal, weight 184. Also Worked on 2nd side wall of snowblower shed. Painted same, 3 hrs. 1200 Kcal. Kol Ami meeting to support Israel
10/9/23: Woke 7:10, made beds. Did enhanced stretching and enhanced calisthenics, 1:30, using about 800 kcal, weight 185. Still coughing, mucus from COVID.
10/8/23: Woke 7:50, made beds. Enhanced stretching and enhanced calisthenics, 1:32, using about 800 Kcal, weight 182! Stripped bed in master and sick room, did all laundry, made both beds.
10/7/23: Woke 7AM, made beds, took George to Phila. Eye appt. Came home and changed, got on rowing machine, 41:15, 430 Kcal, 8018 meters, weight 183. COVID almost gone.
10/6/23: Woke 6AM, made beds. Took neighbor to his medical procedure in Bala Cynwyd, PA. Came back around 1PM, decided to do exercises, moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, 1:22, using 800 Kcal, weight 184.
10/4/23: Woke 8:20 made beds. Felt good enough to do moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, 1:28, using about 800 Kcal. Wt. 185. Was sick with COVID previous 2 days.
10/1/23: Woke several times during the night, lots of mucus, some coughing. Took another COVID test, negative. Did moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, PLUS kicks. 1:21, using about 800 Kcal, weight 188. Got little sleep, up a lot, Had soup early in the AM.
