2/12/22: Woke 7AM, made beds...remembered I have to strip and wash sheets, argh. Did enhanced stretches and calisthenics, plus enhanced weights, 2:06 using 1025 Kcal. Weight 183. Also decided to make the final top shelf for the garage to give me extra storage space in garage. Took 1:38, using about 450 kcal.
