2/22/22: Woke 8AM, made beds. Slept terrible! Had to go downstairs to check to see if wife was home at 12:30, she fell asleep watching TV. Had very interrupted sleep, not very relaxing at all. Enhanced stretching and calisthenics, 1:30, using 1000 Kcal, weight 184. Went to gym and swam 72 lengths (1 mile) in 37:54, using 400 Kcal, did a 2 lap breast stroke warm down.
