8/28/21: Woke 6:10, Moved water from basement humidifier, then went to Lindenwold Station to help South Jersey Food bank distribute food. 3.5 hrs. total, using 2100 Kcal. No effects from stomach bug till 3AM on 8/29/21.
8/27/21: Woke 7, made beds, easy stretch, 18 min, drove to Hoboken, took grand daughter for walk, 2 miles in 90 heat, 1:30, 600 Kcal. Caught stomach infection from grand daughter. Ugh.
8/24/21: Woke 8:15, made beds. Enhanced Stretching plus enhanced Weights. 1:20, using about 750 Kcal. Wt. 186. Biked to battery shop to see if they can reasonably fix the computer I found by the side of the road. 8 miles up 8 miles back in 90+ heat. 800 Kcal, 1:50.
8/22/21: Woke 9AM. Rained hard last night, probably rain today as well. Stripped beds, washed sheets, made beds. Stretched plus weights, 1:12, using about 600 Kcal. Wt. 187.
8/19/21: Woke 7:15, made beds, did regular stretches, 52 min. using about 350 Kcal. Completed boxing of Matthew's gift, some woodworking involved here, 30 min. 150 Kcal. Wt. 188
8/18/21: Woke 7:30, made beds. Did regular stretches and regular weights. 1:05, using about 600 Kcal. Gave double reds to Red Cross, took about 40 min from needle in to needle out. Then volunteered for So. Jersey Food bank to set up and distribute food. 4 hrs. using about 800 Kcal Wt. 186.
8/17/21: woke 7 AM. Made beds, went to South Jersey Food bank, but was supposed to be there yesterday. Ooops. Visited Parent graves, went to commercial equipment store and bought French fry maker and new frying pan. Came home, worked on Matthew gift, 1 hr.300 Kcal. FINISHED! Wt. 187
3/16/21: Woke 8 AM, made beds. Enhanced stretch plus enhanced weights, 1:25, 800 Kcal. Went to Camden gardens and dup up gardens, 1 hr, and 1 hr. working on Matthew gift. 600 Kcal. Wt. 186
3/14/21: Woke 7:45, stripped beds, washed sheets made beds. Enhanced stretching and enhanced weights, 1:24 using about 800 Kcal. Added mowing lawn and woodworking for Matthew bank/night light. 3 hrs. (Wt. 184)
8/13/21: Woke a 8AM, made beds and stretched. Friday 13th, stay away from trading today?! Stretched 57 min, using about 500 Kcal. Wt. 185! Plus 1:20 working on Matthews' gift
8/12/21: Woke 7:45. Made beds, enhanced stretching plus enhanced weights, 1:30, using 800 Kcal. Weight 186.+ Cleaning grill and working on Matthew's b-day gift, night light/bank. 4.5 hrs, 2000 Kcal.
8/10/21: Woke 8:15. Made beds, enhanced stretch plus enhanced weights, 1:25, using about 800 Kcal. Weight, 187. Rained HARD last night. Daughter saw pics of chuppah, wanted side rails/stringers, spent 3.5 hrs. making and installing same. 1400 Kcal
8/7/21: Woke 8:15. Stripped beds, washed sheets, made beds. Stretched, 56 min, 400 Kcal. Wt. 190....due to eating WAY too much at the Suite at the Phillies game! A lot of cousins were there. Plus setting up/breaking down block party. Ate WAY too much at party. meh.
8/6/21: Woke 7:45. Made beds. Enhanced stretching plus enhanced weights. 1:20, using 750 Kcal. Weight 187.+ 2 miles walking to Phillies game...had the Suite, ate WAY too much!
8/4/21: Woke 7:15, made beds, put out trash. Enhanced stretching plus enhanced weights, 1:21, using 750 Kcal. Collected wood and removed nails from neighbor's discarded wood. Made posts for the raised garden bed, placed 3 sides of the raised garden bed. 3hrs. using about 1500 Kcal. Wt. 186.
