3/27/23: Woke 7AM made beds. Did moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, 1:45, using 800 Kcal, weigh 185. Plus 4 hrs making horseradish at synagogue, 1200 Kcal.
8/12/19: Up at 7:30 AM. Went to gym to swim, then came home and did some wood working for 1.5 hrs. Swam 90 lengths, 1.25 miles in 46:41. Using 500 Kcal, not great time, but had not been in pool for about a week. Wt. (after vacation in Brigantine) 185.
