8/23/20: Got up aroun 7 and did 38 push ups. Made bed. Changed and went for Long bike ride in 90+ heat. Exhausted! 30.5 miles using about 1600 Kcal. 2:50
8/23/20: Woke around 8AM grand daughter K and K and S went for walk to playground and back. (Hamilton school playground). Came home and did upper body weights. Used about 500 Kcal.
8/21/20: Got up 9 AM. Decided to strip bed and wash sheets while I rode bike. 1:50, using 1140 Kcal, 22.84 miles,wt. 192 Did 35 push ups and truncated upper body free weights before biking.
8/20/20: Birthday. Got up 7:30AM. Went to shop Rite and got some things for family visiting. Then decided to mow lawn, edge driveway and walkway. About 1 hr. 400 Kcal.
8/17/20: got up 8AM, had yogurt, pooped 2X before leaving on bike. Went shopping at Aldis and BJs first, came back, got on bike, sent past due 109 bucks to IRS, dropped it off at post office then continued to cross keys road and back. 23.65 miles in 2:08 using about 1185 Kcal, then went to basement to do free upper body weights, 32 push ups (weight 192) Found 65 cents
8/15/20: Got up 8AM. Gave blood yesterday. Felt a little tired so I did not over-do it. Cloudy,cool, thought I could get in bike ride-hoping it would not rain on me. It did not. Found 1 penny...lol. At least it was heads up. 20.65 miles in 1:40 using 1030 Kcal.
8/9/20: Got up 7:30. Made bed as always. Changed and did 33 push ups, 51:10 and 10,066 meters of rowing using 545 Kcal. Then did 30 lb. kettles, 10 reps each hand.
8/7/20: Got up around 6:30AM. Stripped beds and put them in washing machine. Went downstairs to do exercises. 33 push ups, bench weights, free weights, total gym and 16:16 on rowing machine - 3113 meters using 165 kcal. Total Kcal=765. total 47 min with bench weights, free weights, total gym and rowing.
8/5/20: Woke at 7AM. Decided to try and get out on bike before it got too hot. Did 18.04 miles in 1.5 hrs. using about 900 Kcal. Decided to mow lawn, edge and clean up. About 1.5 hrs. using 600 Kcal. Wt. 192.
8/3/20: Got up 8:30, did 30 push ups, getting a "little" easier. Went for bike ride, tried to get lost, but did not even come close. Kept running into roads I already knew. 17.07 miles in about 1.5 hrs. using about 850 Kcal.
8/2/20: Got up 8AM. Restless sleep. Decided to work a little on my shelf for wallet and keys. Sanded all the pieces to 400 grit tack cloth and put first coat of polyurethane on. 2 hrs using about 400 kcal.
8/1/20: got up 7:30-somewhat restless sleep Decided to go for a ride. Went all the way down Kresson, to Kings then 70 to 73 and home. fount 74 cents along the way. 22.3 miles in about 2 hrs. using 1100 Kcal. Wt. 190.
