3/3/19: Got up around 8AM. Changed to go to gym.  Did 22 min on stairmaster at level 7, 1450 Steps, 90 floors, using 260 Kcal, then on treadmill with two 10 lbs hand weights, doing curls 2 min on 1 min off for 40 min, 3 min warm down.  240 Kcal, 2.3 miles, incline 2, 3.2 mph.  Total Kcal=500 kcal+ weight 650 Kcal.  Wt. 185!
