3/19/19: Got up 8AM.  Managed to get myslef to gym and do stairmaster and treadmill with 5 lbs weights each hand.  Stairmaster speed, 8!, 22 min, 1600 steps, 98 floors, 280 Kcal.  Treadmill, 3.4 MPH, 2.4 miles, incline 2, 42 min. Cal according to machine 270, with hand weights...about 320.  Alternating arm curcls with weight over 42 min.  Wt. 184!
