2/4/20: Got up around 8AM. Got ready to do weight stuff in basement as soon as cleaners show up (around 10:30). Finally showed and I did 30 push ups, bench weights and total gym for 47 min. total, about 650 Kcal, then 30 min on treadmill, 3.6 max mph, incline 10. 330 Kcal. Total time 1:24 total kcal= 980
