2/11/20: Got up around 8:30-9:00 Eventually got out to gym and swam 90 lengths, about 1.25 miles+ in 42:29, personal best, but might have miscounted? Using 500 Kcal, wt. 189.
5/16/24: Woke 9AM, went to Long Grove and walked around, maybe 2 miles, 1 hr, using 200 Kcal, came beck to hotel, swam 200 lengths, about 1 mile+, using 400 Kcal.
5/9/24: Woke 7:53, slept terrible, lots of mucus. Did free weights, 50 wall push ups, 30 sit ups, 49 minutes using about 600 Kcal. Weight 190. Blood transport from CH to Phila.
4/8/24: Woke 6:45, made beds. Did moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, 1:31, using 800 Kcal, weight 194. Also set up trellis for cucumber plants, 2 hrs. 600 Kcal.
