1/8/20: Woke around 8AM. Decided to go to gym and do the "hard" work out.  Got through Stairmaster, speed 8 for 16 min, balance at 5 (25 min total), flights 105, steps 1675, max HR 148, SHOULD have rested a few min before treadmill.  Poohed out after 11:11 min on treadmill, incline 9, speed 3.7 mph, distance 0.68 kcal 138, max HR 130.  Decided to finish work out with swim.  54 lengths/ about 3/4 mile, 300 Kcal in 28:39.  Final weight 187.  Total Kcal=733.
