Fri. Some sun/cooler in morning/50s in afternoon (S)(1.5 miles)(54:36)(600 Kcal)(Wt. 191?)+(Woodworking)(2.5 hrs.)(750 Kcal)

1/10/20: Got up 8AM, had smoothie for breakfast, went to gym and swam 110 lengths/1.5 miles in 54:36, using 600 kcal.  Got home and felt ambitious and completed 4th box for Purim shpiel. 2.5 hrs, using about 750 Kcal  Wt. 191, must have been from Martin's Bris party, ate too much!
